GASSER. Well known for its historical significance on most of the So
Cal Drag strips of the early 60’s. The Gayle Clements 37 Chevy B/Fuel
Gasser has quite a history and maintains it to this day. For the most
part, the car is the same as when it was originally first built some 50
years ago. With all original Drag Strip painting and lettering, this
car sports a 383 small block Chevy with that same “Hillborn injection”
that the little Chevy was known for. The little Chevy now has a turbo
400 transmission, but still maintains its original quick change rear
end. Not your average historical Drag car by any means, the 37 Chevy
